COSTS

Accepted Answer

Cost per person for the trip for double occupancy is calculated as follows:
 • $7,850 per person double occupancy 
 • Single Occupancy Supplement - $2,467 USD

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 
 • Flights
 • Early check in or late check out at hotels, unless otherwise noted
 • Any sites, meals or items not mentioned above
 • Cancellation / Health insurance (MANDATORY)

Sites & Change 
The itinerary is not final and the order in which sights are listed is not necessarily the order in which you will visit them. Due to weather, traffic or other factors beyond our control, your guide might suggest minor changes.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
 • All prices and payments are in US DOLLARS 
 • Deposit of $2,000 USD per person to secure reservations. 
 • Balance of payment to be made 75 days before the start of the trip by 04/26/2023

Payment is by bank transfer or credit card - please let us know if you'd like to pay via  credit card and an e mail you a link to our secure online payment system will be sent to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is received in our office:
Up to 90 days before the start of the trip – Penalty of $500.00 per person plus hotel  cancellation fees
Between 89-45 days before the start of the trip – cancellation fee of $800.00 per person plus hotel cancellation fees, 
Within 44 days of the start of the trip - full payment for the entire trip will be charged, no  refund.

INSURANCE

WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE IN  THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP.

For your convenience, we have partnered with Travel Defend insurance brokers. They can help you choose the policy that best meets your needs.

If you take out insurance with 14 days of making your first payment towards the trip  (land or air) you may qualify for "cancel for any reason" with a return of up to 75%

Question 7

PASSPORT VALIDITY

As is customary for international travel, your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return to the USA or you may not be permitted to travel.

Agent for Suppliers: J Gruen Travel, LLC., acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel,  car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your  itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions  of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or  refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. We have no special  knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for  recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.
2. Risks of Travel and Release: We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable  for the acts or omissions of any party not under our control, or any acts of God, unsafe  conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illnesses, weather hazards, or  the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip. We have no special  knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. For information related to such  dangers, we recommend going to the State Department travel website at  www.travel.state.gov,(www.travel.state.gov) click on “Find International travel Information” then click on  “Country Information”, and fill in the name of the destination country. For medical and  health information, we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control website at  www.cdc.gov/travel,(www.cdc.gov/travel) then click on “Destinations” and scroll to the name of the  destination country.
